Minicar case: phones and dashcams seized as prior theft reports and a possible youth gang link emerge

Two minors have been accused of assaults between Monteverde and Testaccio. Phones and dashcams were seized during the investigation. The 16-year-old had previously been reported in connection with an alleged youth gang in Trastevere, and both minors had been involved in an earlier theft. The phone of the 17-year-old’s mother, who monitored her son’s movements, is also being examined.
